After leading major implementations for top-tier financial institutions across Europe and North America, I saw a persistent challenge across the private markets industry: highly skilled operations teams were spending too much time on repetitive, document-driven processes instead of focusing on the work that creates the most value.
Private market firms were still relying on manual workflows to extract data, perform reconciliations, validate information, and maintain compliance across their operational systems. These processes slowed operations, increased risk, and made it difficult to scale efficiently.
I founded Coloso to help solve that problem.
Today, we are building a secure, AI-powered platform focused on three critical areas of private markets operations: Workflow Automation, Reconciliation, and Compliance.
